Having endured several weeks with mediocre weekday lunchtime samples at Costco, today was almost as good as a weekend (in quality, though not quantity). Waffles (with syrup or whipped cream), corn dogs, bbq chicken wings, and "meatball and mozzarella" lean pockets topped the list. They also had some sort of fake meat substance. :-P In related news, at least one California Costco now offers their hot dogs at the food court with either a bun or a low-carb wrap.
