Evo-itis runs deep
Played a little more GT4 last night. Decided to buy myself an Evo VIII MR for the Evo race, and won fairly easily with nothing but sticky street tires. Stock suspension and all, it was fun to drive, and it did everything "right". Here are pics from a lap around El Capitan (click for larger).
I did a few other races, but nothing too notable. I won Subaru's "Race of Pleiades" or whatever, to get the STi touring car, and that actually looks pretty cool. I tried rally a few times, but gave up out of frustration. I started the B license tests, and I think I got gold on everything through test 9 or so, including the coffee break. The next test was one lap following the pace car around laguna seca, and I just didn't feel like doing it. :-P
